Use ReadyCSV internally to prepare client HubSpot Contacts CSVs before import when NDAs, GDPR, or regulated workflows make cloud uploads and AI tools a non-starter. ReadyCSV does not receive, access, review, process, or store client files, and does not provide any live review or manual cleanup service.

Questions worth answering directly.

Do you upload my file?

No. CSV files are read from local disk and processed in browser React state. ReadyCSV does not send your CSV to a server.

Is this an AI tool?

No. ReadyCSV uses local parsing, validation, cleanup suggestions, and rule-pack checks. It does not call AI APIs.

Does the page load any third-party scripts?

Not for CSV work. The workspace runs with no analytics and no external scripts. The only third-party script is Paddle.js, our Merchant of Record, and it loads only when you open a paid checkout - never during CSV analysis, repair, or export. Your CSV contents are never shared with Paddle or anyone else.

Why not just use ChatGPT/AI to clean it?

For many agency, legal, healthcare, finance, and GDPR-sensitive workflows, client CSVs cannot be pasted into external AI tools. ReadyCSV keeps the preflight step in your browser tab: no upload, no AI call, no data custody.

Can I use this on client data under NDA?

ReadyCSV is designed for internal browser-only preflight work: you choose the file locally, review the findings locally, and export locally. It does not receive, store, review, or process client files. You still remain responsible for your NDA, client permissions, and import decisions.

What formats are supported?

CSV is supported in the browser workspace, including comma, semicolon, and tab-delimited imports. XLSX files are not imported in this version.

Can you verify if emails exist?

No. ReadyCSV checks email format, missing values, and duplicates locally, but it does not verify inbox deliverability or contact real people.

What is a local rule pack?

A local rule pack is an optional JSON file you choose from disk. It adds extra destination-specific checks, such as HubSpot Contacts checks, and runs in your browser without remote fetching or CSV upload.

What gets exported?

Free Local includes Cleaned CSV for Import, Spreadsheet-safe CSV, and a source-labeled Issue Report from the current cleaned working copy. Excel-friendly CSV export unlocks with Pro Founder or Agency Founder after checkout. The original file is preserved in memory and is not overwritten. ReadyCSV does not receive or store your file.
